#4 LOVING It moment: RUN for LIFE

This is me- went for a run
#4 LOVING It moment: RUN for LIFE

I am beginning to love running! I find that it is easier for me to breathe in and out thru excersising my heart and the rest of me to the maximum speed I can by running. I ran as fast as I could the first day I decided to go for a run. Oh boy, I felt really great that morning for half an hour run. It's been like 18yrs ago since the last time I run in a relay way back in highschool in Africa. I love running mostly by myself- You get a clear space of thinking absolutely nothing but nothing. I call it my "nothing box". Yeah, you get it! I mean, it is just gives you time to review and rethink and plan and even dream bigger...or should I say rebooting myself. Well, however you say it for me it is one way to feel refresh and start my day brand new. I love the smell of fresh air in the morning and the colors of the morning sky as the sunrises and breaks in thru the clouds and greets me with a morning 'hello'. I love the sound of the birds singing by as I go for my early run.

Andrelin rush is a powerful thing. I do feel the energy of my andrelin when I go for my fast run. The feeling of it is energising and my feet would feel like it would not want to stop running, while the upper part of my body  pleading me and said 'stop for a rest'. Then my mind would feel this energy momentum as it travels thru all over my whole body, then I start my run again from a slow pace to as fast as I can till I cant run no more. Then I would take a small fast walk, then slow pace jogging for few minutes, and I start running as fast as I could. I would do this for half an hour only. And atleast 3 times a week.

Our body is designed to work. It is never designed to sit around on the couch facebooking all day and that result would be really lazy dead! We all have a busy life and excuses not to keep our body healthy. We may look fit on the outside but inside feeling crappy and slowly having loose screws inside your systems and eventually only time will tell when your health complains and being ignored too long and it will only matter to you when it hits home- you. I say this because it happened to me. I am the kind of girl that would just keep going go go go and go non-stop with my busy life, and had few excuses here and there. Then the next thing I found out just a month ago, health issue hit home- ME. So what do I do? I did something about it. To make long story short...I am still in the process of taking care of my health from what types of food I eat, to go for a run 3 times a week, meditating thru prayers and reading a number of inspirational books, and going for a canoe ride by myself right on the lake at our place here. Then family quality time as part of my balance. I am in the process to learn more of what I can offer to this world especially when my health is now my second in the list  after me in which I also value most in life. So how do you readjust your list on what you value most in life as this affects how you live your life every moment and your life making decisions. Let's face it, without great health, we willnot be functioning very well in our businesses and in any relationship in life.

My list has change to something I now value. I will show you mine:
Grace's NEW list:
1. God
2. Myself
3. Health
4. My husband
5. My children
6. Work
7. Relatives and Friends

Grace's Old List:
